we are company that rents out crockery and culteries for wedding and panties. while making thr eway do we need to consider rental value or the value of the goods

The rent charged represents the value of service portion whereas E-way bill is to be generated for the value of goods for which movement is to be undertaken.
The movement will be based on delivery challan, based on which e-way bill will be generated.
You have to generate E-way on Delivery challan when you send your Capital Goods to the place of wedding place.
