Is the mandatory eway bill file for any job work outward/inward challan or not. If we raise any challan below Rs 50000 or above that amount. If mandatory in any condition after that provide notification. Thanks Pardeep Kumar
If goods are sent from one state to another state (inter state) for job work than e-way bill generation is mandatory irrespective of value of consignment.
If goods are sent on job work from one place to another place in the same state, e-waybill has to be generated only if value of goods is above Rs 50000(general, may be differ state wise) irrespective of the distance travelled.
So, inter state mandatory, Intra state if exceed limit.
