We first send the goods through Delivery Challan with eway bill and then raise the invoice after 10days.
Now my doubt is that I have already made the Eway bill, should I made e invoice with e way bill again or not?

Yes, you are required to generate an e-invoice for the goods even if you have already generated an e-way bill. The e-way bill is a document for the movement of goods, while the e-invoice is a document for the sale of goods. Both documents are required for compliance with GST regulations

E-way bill only required for transport. once made for a delivery then it is not required to be made again.

E invoice has to be issued alongwith movement of goods. there is no valid reason for issuing e invoice after 10 days . it shows malafide intension.
