Eway bill (Bill to Ship to)

I asked my supplier to deliver goods to my Customer.
My supplier generate eway bill (bill to-ship to) & delivered goods to My customer. Now my cust asking for copy of eway bill. If i give, he will got my cost.
What to do. Any legal way?

What does the vehicle carry with him? No print out?

You want to generate a new e way bill and its mandatory for you

Central Board of Indirect Taxes (CBIC) had clarified the manner in which E-way has to be generated in case of bill to ship to model.Please see this video to understand person who is liable to generate E-way bill in case bill to ship to model and also the manner of invoicing.

Ca somil sir you ask in video that in bill to ship to condition only one eway bill generated but this is not right in bill to ship to transection there are 2 eway bill generated suppose B is send good to C on behalf of A in this condition first eway bill is make by B in this eway bill bill to me A ki details ayegi aur ship to me C ki details ayegi and 2 nd eway bill A generate karega jo ki bill to ship to na hoke regular eway bill hoga.

what we do if C is asking for eway bill. This e way bill can't give to C because issue of rate.

In case of such practical difficulty you can raise 2 E-way bill but law allows you to raise only 1 e-way bill in case of bill to ship to model.

But sir if 2 invoice is generated than in future gov ask the party that why u don't generate e waybill and if u don't generate eway bill you are not eligible for claim itc
