eway bill
If vehicle carrying goods of 3 parties Rs 20000 each ... total value of goods in a vehicle Rs 60000 ... do we need to generate eway bill ??

Transporter has to generate consolidated e-way bill based on the tax invoice/delivery challan given by the respective supplier.
but if the supplier is selling from its own vehicle then ?
That case, he will not be a registered transporter in E-way bill system. Hence, may be not required to issue E-way bill.
As per my openion you need to generated part - A of e way bill...
if your parties are located within a state means you need not to generate a E-way bill.
you can carry a goods upto 1,00,000 without e- way bill in within a state.
in cause you carry a goods value exceed 50,000 you must have to generate a E-WAY bill.

E-way bill is required in this case, since the consignment value exceeds 50000/-. In part-B you will have to give the vehicle number and then it will be valid for movement.
Note:- If it is intra-state please see the respective SGST rules for threshold of consignment value and act accordingly.
For carry a goods one state to another state . the value of goods exceed 50000 means .you must have to generate a E-way bill.
