is eway bill required for B2B sales , above 50,000/-, in the same city where distance between buyer and seller is only 6-7 kms, provided the seller transport the goods in his own vehical or through local tempo. Also, is there any exemption for distance till where no eway bill is required.

Mandatory E Way Bill in case of Bill Amt More Than Rs. 50,000/-
Agree with Mr Ravi ,. there is no relaxtion in distance , if consignment value exceed 50k & coveyance is motorized , Eway is Mandatory
There is no exemption for distance for E-way bill.
It is compulsory if bill amount is more than 50,000.
