Well, the the emerging economic powerhouse retails petrol at twice the amount than what is charged by these countries, which the US State Dept "lovingly" calls "Failed States". PranabDa says we cant afford it............... but how come these other countries can? I think this is another big cover-up by the Gov of India.............
