EVarification problem

EVC can be generated if bank account is linked with Mobile number and email.

For the past three days Generate EVC through Bank Account button if clicked displays 'EVC successfully generated and sent to xxxxxx regs mobile number and xxxxx.com email id' but nothing is received. The eVerify Return>Through Bank Account does nothing.
