EVA = {Net Operating Profit After Tax(NOPAT)- (WACC*Operating Capital)}
NOPAT = (EBIT - Non Operating Income)(1-t)
further WACC = Kd*Wd+ Ke*We+Kp*Wp
all weights to be taken at book value
