Etds filling rpu issues

I am a deductor (Bank branch manager) and preparing quarterly TDS  24Q for Q4 of 2014-15. I am using RPU 4.2. But when generating fvu file, it shows error that: 

"Aggregate amount of deduction under section 80C, 80CCC & 80CCD should not exceed specified limit in section 80CCE"

I am putting the actual saving declared by deductee i.e. Rs150000 in 80C and 12000 in 80D.

Is this the issue with RPU version that the limit under section 80CCE is not updated in RPU 4.2 or I am making some mistake.
