We have received IT Demand Notices for previously filed quarterly returns eTDS from Fin.Years 2007-2008 onwards to 2012-2013. All are due to mismatch of challan numbers. Because in our organisation TDS is pucca.
The problem is we are not having any data of the above mentioned quarters due to system crash in which we kept the backup data. Now we are unable to download the the consolidated files to file currection statements.
We have only Provisional Receipt number , year, Quarter and amount of default.
We have tried with all permutations and combinations to get the file from tdscpc.gov.in but due to data mismatch we failed to get the same.
1. HOW CAN WE GET CONSOLIDATED FILES DIRECTLY FROM tdscpc.gov.in ?
2. To file the Correction we need Regular Provisional Receipts. How can we obtain the duplicate copy of
provisional reciept from tdscpc , using the Provisional Receipt Numbers, which we are having.
Please guide me.
