First download the TDS preparation RPU from NSDL website. It is in downloads section.

Then, Fill the TDS details and create e-Return file. It will validate and give in *.FVU format.

Take it to your nearest TIN FC and file it. The list of TIN FC is also available at www.tin-nsdl.com

You can also use softwares for creating FVU like Saraltds (www.saraltds.com), skorydov (www.skorydov.com), etc. Such list is also available at NSDL website.
