Dear Sir,
We Have Imported consignment from China to Bangalore Airport and the same has been custom cleared by paying duty and now the consignment is moving from Bangalore Airport to Hosur (Where our factory is situated). we need help in this regard whether we need to give E-Sugam for theses Imported Items or B.E. is sufficient to move the goods since the B.E. is treated as Proof Imports.
Please advise us accordingly.

Hi Shekar,
As per the details provided above, you are not a registered dealer under Karnataka VAT Act, Hence, E-Sugam is not applicable to you.
As you are moving materials from Bangalore Airport to Hosur, according to me, you should get Transit pass only.
Goto >> https://ctax.kar.nic.in/ >> e-SUVEGA (Transit Pass). It will open another webpage https://vat.kar.nic.in/tp/
Click on TP request form >> fill the details and get it printed.
According to me this Transit pass is must.
For further clarifications if any, please revert.
