Esugam for imports

Hi Shekar,

As per the details provided above, you are not a registered dealer under Karnataka VAT Act, Hence, E-Sugam is not applicable to you.

As you are moving materials from Bangalore Airport to Hosur, according to me, you should get Transit pass only.

Goto >> https://ctax.kar.nic.in/ >> e-SUVEGA (Transit Pass). It will open another webpage https://vat.kar.nic.in/tp/ 

Click on TP request form >> fill the details and get it printed.

According to me this Transit pass is must.

For further clarifications if any, please revert.
