E stamping can be done only for few forms ie. form 5, 1,44 and 67. In the from itself the provision is made i.e. whether the person want tio make the stamp duty on line or off line. In case the person has opted from making the payment on line the challan gets generated while uploading the form. Incase you want to make  shorf fall stamp duty it can be done once you login.
