If a firm is appointed as DCA and had 10 or more employees working with it. will it b liable to esic and pf provisions and liable to pay the same. what are the conditions for the applicability of esic and pf provisions? please help

An employee at the time of joining the employment and getting wages up to Rs. 6,500/- is required to become a member.

He / she is eligible for membership of fund from the very first date of joining a covered establishment.

 If an Employer has equal to or more than 20 employees, it is mandatory for him or to join the Employee Provident Fund Scheme.
