Sir,

One of our company has manufacture business.In wages register company pays

1.Wages

2.Overtime Wages

3.Sales Incentive

4.Special allowances

Please guide me ti find the Employees contribution towards ESI & PF.

And also the consequences of not remitting the correct amount.

Please provide Advise. Thanks In advance.

for ESI all remunaration is covered and applicable for salary upto 15000/-

for EPF only Basic and DA is to be counted, celing may be fixed at 15000/- or the whole amount as mutually agreed between the employer and employee
