Hello friends , can any one help me in ESI/PF ? I wanted to know whether this is applicable for Farmers? Owner wants to provide benefits to his farmers who works for growing of vegetables through which he is selling all over india . Will this act be applicable to him ?. Please reply . Thanks in advance
