My question is: i am working with an organization basically Multi-state cooperative society which is involved in an operation of Micro Finance. Is this organozation needs to get itself registered with ESI? and if yes, on what basis?

ESI acts applied from area to area.. so it decides on the area where it is situated.... as m manager of a LLP having our branch in other city also.. now in this case on my llp there is no esi but on branch esi is appllicable and we are paying regular esi for the employees of our branch
