Error while uploading ITR

i am filing ITR OF MY .
CLIENTS. in every return i got the error message the name Of the ITR does not match with pan data base.

You can simply ignore this & proceed to file if the mismatch is due to minor elements.

How can we know it is due to minor elements.
after uploading the name in ITR DOES NOT MATCH WITH THE NAME IN PAN DATA BASE. ACTUALLY CORRECT NAME MENTIONED

If there is actual mismatch between name in ITR & pan database, I would then suggest you to apply for Name change in PAN card (if the name in PAN card is incorrect).
