CLIENTS. in every return i got the error message the name Of the ITR does not match with pan data base.

You can simply ignore this & proceed to file if the mismatch is due to minor elements.
How can we know it is due to minor elements.

If there is actual mismatch between name in ITR & pan database, I would then suggest you to apply for Name change in PAN card (if the name in PAN card is incorrect).
