Error while uploading concurrent audit application of cbi

Please suggest solution for error while uploading concurrent audit application of Central Bank of India. We have try for several times but it shows the same error "could not update sucessfully". We have filled all the mandory fields of the application. Even we have tried enquiry no that are suggested in application but unfortunately the number is dead.
