Invalid hash value identified, Modification to ITR details outside Utility is not allowed

But I downloaded and used latest Excel Utility file

Please tell me the suggestion to rectify this

The X M L utility is full of bugs, wait for release of Jason utility to file ITR 5

Good new ... New Jason version of ITR 5 released today. Version DU-.v.1.0.2. under Download 'ITR 5'
