Error when submitting itr 4 -com.sun.xml.internal.messaging.saaj.soapexceptionimpl message send fail

yes I also facing problems filing
I have uploaded GSTR4 4 times but there is message come everytime "error while uploading "
and if file uploaded processed then when I check preview a PDF file downloads but doesn't show purchase invoice which was uploaded by me

don't know what to do
can anyone help or give suggestion what can I do now?

Got the resolution. Download the ITR 4 utility again from income tax site. it will work.
