I am filling annual return 2018-19 - it is showing below message

both button on the Annual return 9 and Reconciliation return 9c is not enabled.
it is showing this message last two months, how long it will take to complete, or i have to do anything.
I also faced the same message, when I tried to download GSTR2A of APR-2019 and raised Grievance also 3 days back, still it is not resolved.
personally make a call to helpline number, no use.
GST ANNUAL RETURN FOR 2018-19 IS STILL NOT ENABLED AS ON 15/02/2020.
