We earlier had the same issue. But, try to use softwares like ClearTax in which they have in-built application for all the conversion process. Now, we find very easy in filing returns.

Some time the New Version Not supporting. So,
try to use Old Version...
We had b2b file with 2400 records and faced same issue. I tried by splitting the file into 3 parts and created 3 json files. It worked.
