Error on generating Justification report from TDS CPC

Dear Friends,

While generating the Justification report by using the latest utility version available in the TDS CPC portal ( Utility version 3.1) i'm getting the following error :

"JR-Err971:Subscriptt out of range. Please report to TDSCPC with this descripttion."

After this error, the file which is getting generated is not having the full report so not able to get the complete details of the default generated in the TDS of that particular period.

I've raised the request to the portal but issue not resolved. If any of you have any idea of how to resolve this issue, then please guide.

Please note, i'm using the latest utility version with MS Excel 2013 & macros are also enabled.
