Error occured while gst registration

Dear all,

I have applied as a GST practitioner and submitted my application through online. but a error occured whicle name does not match with adhar name. ( ex; asper my PAN database manikanta yerramsetti but my aadhar yerramsett manikanta)

I was go to the adhar centre for correction of name from yerramsett manikanta to as per pan manikanta yerramsetti, but they did not correct it because our PAN card dispalys also yerramsetti manikanta.

i was also try to name correction in at the time GST registration i was changed to my name to yerramsetti manikanta but system shows your data base con't match with pan data base.

how can i change my name for GST registrations.

I have faced this problem last 1 month. kindly tell any one to solve this problem.
