Error Message in data migration

Dear Sir/Madam

Please help me my senior face the problem with data migration between Tally7.2 to Tally9

The new computer installed with MS Vista , in this system he try to work with Tally7.2 but its not run , then he install Tally9 and try to migrate data from 7.2 to tally9 but at the end of migration the message display Software Exception c0000005 (Memory Access Violation) please help me to solve our problem.

Before migrating take backup of the data and rewrite the company using Crtl + Alt + R, I think it will solve the problem. Don't forget to check the statistics after rewriting.

Sir,

 

Data migration does not happen in pirated tally 9.

you need a valid tally license version to migrate data. if you are using pirated version you will get the error .

You are using Tally 9 Rel. 1. Use Tally 9 Rel 2.14. It will work 100%.
