Error in uploading statement of invoices for refund under inverted structure

We downloaded the latest offline tool for statement 1A upload for refund for ITC accumulated for inverted tax structure. The file got validated without error, JSON also generated. But on uploading, error message "An older version of offline utility has been used to upload the statement. Kindly download the latest available offline utility from the refund application and upload the statement again.." shows. Please help with how to resolve the issue! Thank you.
