When I upload declaration of C Form I get the following error:
Error in Excel fileUnable to recognize OLE stream
What is the way out?
I'm talking about Maharashtra VAT.

Yes I downloaded a fresh copy from the MVAT website. And the file is error free. That is why the REM file is being generated!

What you can do is you open the REM file saved in My Documents. Say ' YES' to the massage shown and open the file. Do not make any changes in the opened file and save it as in the version 1997-2003 (over-write the original REM file) and close it.
Then try to upload this updated REM file.
