I have downloaded ST 3 Excel utility for filing Service Tax return. But when I open it it gives a message that some of the links are disabled. Then it gives option to keep them as it is or edit links. I am not able to use any of the function of the utility after this message. I am using Office 7 currently. Kindly guide how to tackle the error.

I have tried enabling macros from excel options but it shows the error again when file is opened again.
Check macro's are enabled and if there is still any error download the st3 again.
