ERROR IN INCOME TAX

I want to update income tax portal password through forgot password but i have face  some following  problem so what is solution of this problem

Error : Something seems to have gone wrong while processing your request. Please try again. If error persists quote error number ITD-EXEC2002 when you contact customer care for quick resolution.

According to my view, the portal is not functioning as it should( based on news from media & various forum), u should wait a bit & at same time. lodge issue with CPC
