Dear Friends, If any one faced this problem, please clarify me while filing GSTR 3B after offset liability, it showing CGST showing 1612 rupee in negative figure.I have tried to pay and settle the but CGST is not allowing to settle due to amount in negative overall liability showing zero but while submitting form with VSC it is showing pls pay liability First and then file the return please do the needful

OUR GSTR3B FOR JULY MONTH SUBMITED BUT NOT FILED DUE TO NEGATIVE LIABILITY RS-1612 SHOWN IN CGST SECTION.
OUR GSTR3B FOR AUG MONTH NOT ACCEPT BY GST PORTAL DUE TO NOT FILE GSTR3B FOR MONTH JULY.

HAVING SAME PROBLEM WITH ME, UNABLE TO FILE AUG 17 GSTR 3B DUE TO NEGATIVE BALANCE IN JULY 17 AND NOT FILED.
Dont file GSTR-3B for August also. Pay only tax amount using manual calculation.
what about late fees and penalty for non filling GSTR 3B

we have only credits no tax amount our purchase more than sale so we have credits in hand.

You can claim such ITC in upcoming months.....
Also you have to give details of ITC in GSTR-2.
GSTR-3B is only provisional return not final return so no need to worry. It will not effect your ITC.
