If the form is not yet approved, contact ROC and ask them to return the form for resubmission. If approved, you will have to file the revised form paying requisite fee.

 Form is approved but detail filled in the form was wrong. Actually Money received from Shareholder was in November but client given detail that they received it in September later on they realize the mistake and now they want it to be corrected. Form status is approved but paid up capital is not increased in Master data.

revise the the form

Talk to the ROC Officials and  better one to revise the form.

I have dealt with the same issue, please revise the form, there is no other option available.

Please also attached in the revised form 2 (in the optional attachment section) the reasons for refiling form 2 and indicate that it is a clarical mistake which is to be rectified by way of this form.
