Error in filing s.tax return

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have filed service tax return in Form ST-3 online and the status if showing as filed.

But there is some error flaashing in red and also it is showing in the return which I have downloaded from the site.

The error message is as under;

Following issue has been found in your return: 1.) Exemption Notification No and Serial No. is not applicable for the selected Service and/or Period of the return 030/2012-ST and 7(b) No for the service Travel agent for booking of passage (other than air/rail travel agents)

Now I want to know. How to rectify this error. Whether the filed return is valid or I have to file revise return. Kindly advice. Thank you.

My Service Category is :-Rent a Cab scheme operator Service

Sir Please check Exemp Notifcation No. because system has rightly pointed out that Notif No.claimed for the service under Notif No. 30/2012 is not applicable because 30/12 is reverse chg notifcation......

And I guess that your case fall under PARTIAL REVERSE CHG...where as service provider you are liable to pay 60% as service provider and serv rec as 40%....so instead of claiming exemption of 40% as payable by serv receiver ......show gross value only 60%
