Error in filing rectification request

while filing rectification request online when I upload my XML file it show error namely
"created by cannot be null"

and i am unable to upload

could u help me

Make sure that all mandatory details are filled and try again.

Go through all schedules

Even i am getting the same Error when uploading XML while filing rectification request.
 

All the mandatory fields are filled.

 

Can someone help me on this error

I even submitted grievance, but no reply ... i think it is an error from the part of income tax portal.

I'm facing the same issue while uploading a rectification for AY 2019-20. I've also written an email to them, waiting for a reply.

I am facing it for AY 20-21... are u all getting the same error. i filed a grievance in the assees log in
