Error in e verification of return

Hello friends,

Since last few days i am facing problems in e verification of returns filed by me.

It constantly keeps on showing the error that Code is incorrect.

Is it common probllem for all or it is faced by me only?

Please help on this.

it is common problem I am also unable to e verify the return by using otp or adhar or generate evc

If the registered email ID and mobile number is used for multiple users in e filing site... then the EVC is not valid and error will occur.

If you have the refund or your taxable income is more than 500000 then you have to send the itr v through the post only, evc will not work

One and only solution for the problem...

one phone number for one assessee only..

EVC created will be valid..

if that phone is used for another assessee the EVC created will be invalid
