While filling form 3CB AS WE ENTER PINCODE (which is correct) ERROR SHOWING AREA LOCALITY IS MANDATORY & PLEASE ENTER A VALID PINCODE.

I am also facing same issue- however it seems it is machine specific as in other laptops there is no such problem- might be some configuration issue, Seeking solution of the same earnestly.
