Dear All,
If company have more than one branches in different states & for which separate excise registration is provided than is it compulsory for the company to file ER4 for both branch separately or one return with cumulative figures is sufficient for both plant?
Pls guide.

You need to file seperate returns for each plant.

Plant wise ER-4 to be filed.
Excise Registration wise ER-4 to be filed.
