In ER-4 which amount fill up point No. 3 (b) Total  value   of    inputs   Including   packing   materials   used  for   manufacturing on which CENVAT credit not availed.

Is amount non excisable goods or excisable good which is not availed. please clearify .

You are to put the figures of total PURCHASE debited to Profit and Loss A/c, that is including Excisable and non exciable goods those  you are to give in 3(a) and 3(b)
