We have register member of STPI and one of STPI unit. Recently we have registered central excise also. We are having offshore onsite (export) billing & we have local transactions also (not software development). Please let us know we need to show sales details in ER 2 as we dont have any manufacturing and we have only service billing. Please help.

Monthly Return for hundred percent export-oriented undertakings in respect of
goods manufactured, goods cleared and receipt of inputs and capital goods
ER2 is related to manufacture and sale of goods only
but
if you are not manufacturing any goods, then why excise registration?
