My company is registered under EPFO/ESIC.
I mantain followings
1) Payment and Filing ECR for EPFO/ESIC by 15th of next month.
2) I register newly joined member on time.
3) I keep attendance register.
4) I keep inspection books, salary register, Salary slips.
My queries, what else should I keep/maintain/file to complete my compliances?
Is there any other returns apart from monthly ECR to file?
Is there any annual return?
Please guide me.

To complete your compliance, focus on maintaining updated nomination forms (Form 2), new employee declarations (Form 11), ownership details (Form 5A), and periodic filings like the ESIC Form 5 (half-yearly) and Form 01-A (annual). Always maintain a "defense file" containing your records for the last 3+ years to ensure you are ready for any virtual or physical inspections.
