EPF and ESIC Applicablity

Sir,  My Client (Pvt Ltd Company  - Software Development Business) has 12-14 Employees at present (including Employees aged 60 to 65 around 4-5 Employees.)

Question:

1. EPF and ESIC Applicable?

2. IF applicable,  for Above 60 aged employees is eligible to join EPF and ESIC ?

3. IF applicable,  most of employees get Salary above 50,000 Per month,  PF and ESI Applicable ?
