  • In case of factory – owner, occupier, managing agent of owner or occupier, legal representative of a deceased owner or occupier, manager of the factory under the Factories Act, 1948

  • In case of other establishments – person responsible for control and supervision of the establishment
  • In case of shop – owner or management of the owner, proprietor, partners, directors
