We have received eodc from dgft after fulfilment of export obligation. The license is also closed.
After closure of license, we have received letter to pay the duty along with interest as the epcg lic.no is not mentioned in the invoices submitted.
Can the same be contested ? If yes , is their any policy , notification for condonation?
