Dear colleagues,

Reference to the captioned subject, I do have query whether exports made against earlier licenses which are redeemed at the time of application of new license should also be considered for calculating average export obligation?

What if the old licenses were redeemed in same year in which fresh license have been taken?

Also, if earlier licenses were redeemed then if the value of licenses redeemed to be added to the aggregate of exports of preceding three years for calculation of AEO for new licenses?
