Epcg for retail sector

Please update the current status and eligibility for EPCG for Retail sector

In the earlier Foreign Trade Policies, there were clear mention about the inclusion of EPCG for Retail Sector, that means the Retail sector can avail the EPCG Benefit.  But in the current Foreign Trade Policy, they have not mentioned any thing about EPCG for retail sector. And they have not mentioned it as “deleted” too.  Usually if there is any deletion of a Para/Clause it should be clearly mentioned in the Policy itself as “Deleted”. Hence  we sought a clarification on this.
