We have epcg scheme of 'concessional duty 3%'
And we have sold goods to merchant exporter on H-form in may June 2017.
Whats the procedure for submitting documents and completing our obligations

obtain original shipping bill from merchant exporter. he must have declared your iec in that
Dear Harsh,
If you have supplied to Merchant exporter for onward export the Merchant exporter must have:
1) Declard your name and address as Manufacturer in the shipping Bill
2) Shown your EPCG Licence Number and date in the shipping Bill
3) Handed over to you BRC duly endored in your favour.
No they haven't mentioned our epcg number and not given us brc
Then it is difficult to calim the benefit.
