We are manufacturing unit, imported one Machinery under EPCG Scheme .
Can we avail Duty draw back and EPCG scheme in single Shipping Bill.

Yes you can avail both. There is no restriction on that.
Duty draw is not available only if you are using advance license.

Yes you can claim drawback benefit, make sure sure select proper scheme code for it
Drawback And Zero Duty EPCG
or Drawback And Concessional Duty EPCG
depending on what kind of import licence you used.
