we are a start up hospitality company and are keen on investing into Premium Motorcycles for Bike Tourism in India, how can we avail EPCG advantages, plain reading indicates a certain value of average foreign exchange to be acheived as a requirement.
How does a Startup normally undertake these advantages? Appreciate any advice on this,

You mean Exprt Promotion Capital Goods Scheme?

r u people going to import any goods or u will purchase locally, any way EPCG means EXPORT PROMOTION CAPITAL GOODS. For applying EPCG you have must have IEC (IMPORTER EXPORTER CODE), then you can apply EPCG licence, which has to be submitted thru online application and also one hard copy at your respected Director General Foreign Trade Office. You can download application from www.dgft.gov.in.
