EOU purchase
I would like to know if an EOU can purchase goods from other EOU's within the sate without any particular FORM ?

EOU can purchase any input / CG or any goods which is to be used directly or indirectly in the manufacturing process from another EOU. Such goods can be procured through FORM CT-3 issued by Central Excise. Refer Notifn. No. 22/2003-CE dated 31.03.2003. As such there is bar for any state in case of any EOU.

Yes can purchase without any form on the basis of P.O. and theri EOU registration xerox copy amd procuremetns certificate from the range of purchaser if ask by the supplier range
